Wooden Leg Rum

Evaporated cane juice and brown molasses. Silver rum. The cane juice brings sweetness. The brown molasses is reminiscent of salted caramel.

Opened with Black Vulture in January 2017. Gordon told the Herald it is a smoother, sweeter rum. He uses a rich brown molasses, not blackstrap. Of blackstrap, he said, “It’s terrible.” The brown one carries a caramel flavor through.
